Orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business days.
Wholesale orders have an estimated delivery time of 8-10 weeks. However, delivery time varies depending on quantity. All sales are final and non-returnable. Please contact customer service for more information. information.

While UPS currently guarantees delivery times, once your order has left the building, we no longer have control. While we will assist you as best as we can to get your order moved to the right place, we are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot credit shipping charges.
SOAPS!! Soaps are made to order and will increase the processing time of your order from 3 to 6 weeks. If you need your order all at once we recommend placing the soap order separately.
Incorrect address , Please make sure the shipping information is correct. Gleamix Labs is not responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect address.
Stolen Package - If the shipping company has delivered your order to the address you provided, and someone else has stolen your package, Gleamix Labs and the shipping company are not responsible as long as it is confirmed that it has been delivered. Package theft becomes a criminal matter and must be reported to the local police department. However, you can fill out the shipping company's lost package report form.
At Gleamix Labs, we understand how stressful it can be to lose an order, we will do everything we can to make it right, help us make it right as a customer by doing everything possible to have a successful delivery of your package. If you live in an area where package theft has occurred in the past, please resort to shipping to a different address to avoid any inconvenience with your order.
Damaged Packages - While we package your orders with extreme care, orders can sometimes be damaged by the carrier. Please inspect all packages upon acceptance and carefully check the extent of damage, if any, in the presence of the driver. Keep all packaging materials and boxes intact, take photos of the damage, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If the driver has already left, please follow the steps above. It is particularly important to take photos of all products in the original packaging boxes. Please keep everything together as you will need to contact the carrier to inspect the damage or loss in order to initiate the claim before a replacement can be sent. New items will be sent as soon as the damaged or missing items have been returned or verified by Gleamix Labs or the carrier has issued us a claim number.
You must retain the original packaging materials until any claim is resolved. If you discard damaged products, there may be no refund or credit from the carrier due to the fact that the claim cannot be verified.
Lost packages must be tracked by the carrier and may take up to 30 days to resolve.
How Climate Affects It If you're shipping to a warm climate or during peak summer months, please be aware that your natural and organic products may be affected at temperatures above 85°F (29°C). If your product contains coconut oil or other ingredients with a low melting point, you may notice separation and melting at temperatures as low as 76°F (24°C). It is the customer's responsibility to choose an appropriate shipping and handling method during hot or cold weather. This may include using a temperature-controlled service or an overnight option. Temperature-controlled trucking can add up to four weeks to your shipping time due to logistics and available space. Freeze protection services, also known as "Freeze Protection" (PFF), are offered by some Less Than Truckload (LTL) carriers to prevent damage to products due to cold temperatures. These services are often used for temperature-sensitive items.
Another solution is to stock up on essential items ahead of seasonal extremes. Ordering additional items to keep in stock during the summer and winter months at your facility or temperature-controlled storage can be helpful during unforeseen circumstances.
