Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our product, Gleamix Labs cannot accept returns unless your order is defective. All sales are final and non-returnable. While we do offer replacements if your product is defective, please immediately contact Gleamix Labs to return UNUSED products.
Replacement orders may vary from case to case as everyone is different. Please allow us 1-2 weeks after submitting your claim with the appropriate images for approval.
Please note that because we use natural ingredients in all of our products, there will be variations in viscosity, texture, color and all of these may vary from batch to batch as they are subject to change in nature. For example, natural extracts, herbs and oils may change depending on growing conditions, time of harvest, among others. This does not alter the quality of the products and Gleamix Labs does NOT offer refunds or replacements when this is the case.

Once we receive the products, we inspect them and proceed to send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved for a refund, you should receive it within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an order over $75 we recommend using shipping with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once the order has been processed. If we approve cancellations, there will be a 35% restocking fee, plus the cost of all shipping.
Please make sure your order is correct before submitting it, as all orders are treated as final. If you need to request changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you need to make a change to your order, please notify us within 24 hours. We do not make changes or cancellations after 24 hours.
If you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it.
