Why does temperature affect your product?

It is a question that you will ask yourself at some point and you should know that you should not worry if your product changes viscosity, texture or color, follow our instructions and be assured that the product maintains its intact quality.

What care should we take when receiving products in cold or hot temperatures?

• Always maintain proper hygiene when handling products.
• When you receive the products, open them to release cold air and pressure.
• Clean the inside lid of your container.
• Use lint-free cloths or paper towels with alcohol
• Allow to dry at room temperature before resealing containers.
• Place your product at room temperature for 24 hours.
• When they are at the right temperature, stir them until the product is completely homogeneous.
• Do not place it in areas of humidity, extreme temperatures and ultraviolet light.
• The appropriate temperature is always room temperature, this would be between 65F to 72F.
